Gina Pinzari

Gina Pinzari
Gina Marie Pinzari is the designer and creator behind Talking Tree Jewelry, a fine collection that reflects a passion for art, history, and adventure. Born and raised in Hawaii to an Italian-American father and an Australian mother with seven generations of roots in the Pacific, Gina has developed her own unique perspective on the world that shines throughout her work. Her pieces blend timeless Old World beauty with the thrill of discovery, to create something new and exciting.
Drawing inspiration from her enduring love of archaeology, Gina infuses each piece with a sense of wonder at lost and forgotten worlds, evoking gleaming funerary objects, ancient coins, and other treasures. Her work is known by collectors for intricate textures and sculptural elements reminiscent of hand shaped earthenware, and the crumbling ruins of antiquity. In her Northern California studio, she meticulously carves each piece by hand, combining traditional and self-developed techniques to create truly imaginative and unforgettable pieces. With a commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a fearless spirit of exploration, Gina continues to push the boundaries of what's possible in her collection, crafting wearable talismans that reflect the shapes and stories of humanity.
In addition to her passion for jewelry, Gina is a family woman who cherishes spending time with loved ones and enjoying life's simple pleasures. She loves to hike, grow vegetables, and cook a delicious dinner. An island girl at heart, Gina has a deep connection to the ocean and loves nothing more than spending a day at the beach. She is an avid traveler, museum-goer, and medieval garden wanderer. She takes great pleasure in new experiences that continue to inspire her work. A lifelong learner, you can often find her listening to academic lectures while carving pieces by hand in her studio, with a deep sense of gratitude and a boundless enthusiasm for being alive.
