Sarah Wheat started Rebellion out of a necessity to create something, anything with her hands; she had a vision, but had yet to dislodge it from the recesses of her mind [understandably filled to the brim with the knowledge required to beoth a pilot and a yogi, in addition to housing progressive ideas like ultra-sparkly money clips for women]. Following a dream wherein she turned a tomato-red, leather sofa into a handbag...the rest is frankly history. She made that bag that materialized from her visions in the night, and the rest is history. Each bag or accessory is made of materials wherein Sarah finds inherent beauty and honest admiration, whether it be Tibetan wool, crystal or silk. According to the creator, Rebellion bags are "meant to be held, not simply carried."
