This pendant by the late Australian designer, Tony White, features a 19th-century antique green glass with hieroglyphic imagery depicting a winged lion with the face of a man - the Assyrian god Lamassu. The intaglio is framed within a rich yellow gold bezel with a soft tapered bail that was crafted by White.
