These studs are for use with the Inverness ear piercing system. Featuring clear white cubic zirconia (4.25mm diameter = approx. 5/32") to simulate diamond, which is the April birthstone. These are our largest round diamond simulant piercing studs. Crafted in 14K yellow gold and equipped with safety push-on backs that don't poke behind the ear.
