You aren't REQUIRED to have an appointment to pick up your completed custom piece or jewelry repair. But, if we're busy in the gallery and you are time-pressed, setting aside an appointment means no waiting!

Professional Finger Sizing
This appointment is for customers who have been asked by Team Alara to come in for a professional sizing for a ring we are making or special ordering for them.
There are many things that go into properly sizing a finger for a ring, so we do not offer this service for reasons other than that. We do, however, have a Self-Sizing Station in our gallery that all are invited to use.
This appointment provides enough time to professionally size one person. If there are two of you needing to be sized, please set one appointment and call or text us at (406) 522-8844 to arrange for a little more time before or after the booked appointment.

The design fee can be applied toward any custom piece created through Alara. Please review our custom design pricing before booking, and bring any jewelry or gemstones you'd like to redesign.

Quartely Jewelry - Complimentary Clean & Check
Keep your jewelry looking its best with our complimentary professional Clean & Check. We recommend bringing in frequently worn pieces every 3 months to help prevent wear and potential gemstone loss.
Appointments aren't required, but booking one means little to no wait. While a basic service takes about 15 minutes, leaving your jewelry longer allows for a deeper clean.
