You aren't required to have an appointment to pick up your completed custom piece or jewelry repair. But, if we're busy in the gallery and you are time-pressed, setting aside an appointment means no waiting!

If you would like someone else to pick up your pre-paid repair or custom piece on your behalf, please give us their name in advance and let them know we'll be checking their ID.
